This looks like it could've been a poster for a Doctor Who film back in the 80's!

There nearly was a Doctor Who film with Tom Baker back then, but it was never made. It was instead made into a novel called Doctor Who and the Scratchman written by Tom Baker himself!

If they did make they film back then, this could've been the poster for it.
